Served all day. Crafted in-house. Each selection made-to-order(ovens and grills off 30 minutes before closing)

Per its definition, the dough is made in-house daily, hand-stretched, and artfully formed and baked to order

House Salads

Ranch, Greek, Italian, Vinaigrette  Add grilled Chicken or Baked Salmon to any salad


Greek: Romaine, cherry tomatoes, calamata olives, feta, red onions, oregano, seasonings


House:  Mixed Greens, bacon bits, blue Cheese, tomatoes, eggs, scratch croutons (Various Dressings)


LUNCH MENU SERVED 11AM-2PM

All made fresh daily, nothing is frozen or outsourced. Only served Monday-Friday 11-2 All Sandwiches served with our fresh-cut French Fries

Baked Italian Sub

Take Salami and pepperoni, add spices and provolone cheese, place a foiled fresh baked sub bun and oven bake.  Finished by adding Greek Salad mix and Italian dressing.

Chicken Panini

Marinated grilled chicken breast on a pesto-spread chewy sub bun, topped with spices and cheeses, panini-pressed until its a savory melted sandwich of deliciousness

Philly Cheesesteak

Thinly-sliced steak, fresh onions and peppers, Provolone Cheese, toasted hoagie bun.

Our Spicy pulled pork, made from scratch, placed on a chewy sub bun, topped with cheese, then panini pressed until it's just flat-out delicious (pun intended).

Chef's Daily Special

Selections include Italian Meatloaf, Chicken Tetrazzini, Chicken Pot Pie, Baked Salmon with Collard-Rice, Spicy Pork Chops.  Meals change daily
